Trouble Logging In?

If you are having trouble logging into your Virtual Office or your 2048 bit encrypted email account, you may contact us for support.

COUNSELORS: To log into your encrypted email account, you must log into your Virtual Office first! Then click on the @IOFX.COM button.
CLIENTS: In order for you to log into or create an encrypted email account, your counselor must issue a keycode to you. For more information on keycodes, click on the HELP icon to the right.

If you have forgotten your passphrase for your encrypted email account, you must create a new account. We don't store your user and passphrase information for your encrypted email account!
