Looking for someone who will listen to your story, someone who can help you access you inner strength and guidance?  Using a holistic health approach and Energy Psychology tenents-that any significant event in one's life, whether positive or negative, leaves a memory or blockage in a person's energy field, then releasing those blockages should lead one to feel better, to feel empowered.

 This significant event(s) may affect you today in a physical, emotional and/or a spiritual way.  This may manifest as a chronic health problem like heart disease, high blood pressure, or depression or sadness or feeling disconnected from one's spiritual source, however you may define this.  You may be totally unaware of this connection, but your subconscious is certainly aware of the connection.

My work with you is to listen to your story, then offer an integrative approach to help you feel better. I use brief therapy, and several energy interventions to remove energy blockages from your field.  I will teach you relaxation techniques, and self-hypnosis so that you will have the necessary tools in your hands, when you need them, to take control of a situation for your self.

Finally, you can use these tools to achieve the goals you have been striving for--improve your golf scores, do better on tests, work through writer's block, and more.
