We spend so much of our lives talking.  But, it’s so seldom that we truly get to the core issues…to the issues that have made the greatest impact(s) on our lives…the issues that have often left us spiraling and expressing our feelings through outbursts of anger, unexplained feelings of depression, or cryptic numbness.  To this, I say…let’s talk.  Let’s talk about counseling. 

My name is Lillian Thompson, and I believe that every woman has the option to live an emotionally healthy life free of brokenness.

I hold a Bachelor Degree in Christian Counseling.  I am a Certified Christian Counselor specializing in emotional brokenness in women as a result of childhood sexual molestation, domestic violence and/or verbal abuse.  If you experience low self-esteem, outburst of anger, unexplained feelings of depression or unhealthy relationships – I can help. 

Life Coaching services are also offered to women who desire to make a change in their life.  I want to come along side you and cheer you on.  I want to encourage you to reach your optimum potential and live your best life.
