Marla Spring has compassionately been helping people live happier lives for over 32 years. She specializes in Chronic Illness Support, i.e. diabetes, hypertension, obesity, stop smoking, depression, fibromyalgia, anxiety and couples communication. Also a Yoga teacher for 15 years, her therapy and groups blend conventional and alternative wisdom. For those with medication needs in the Roanoke, VA vicinity, she collaborates with several local physicians.
If you have a sincere commitment to work on yourself, she will be by your side in this process. Couples who feel distant and/or hopeless, can end up with a feeling of closeness and renewed love.  I've been spokesperson for Cancer Teaching Day, helped HIV positive people to live with their condition & helped people with emphysema to manage their attacks. I will be your professional shoulder on which to lean, your confidant and your guide as you willingly explore & improve your body and mind.
